Parabolic SAR indicator

The SAR parameters should remain the same for 60 min as well as for Daily charts. One of the reasons is that it's the most common way to use it among majority of Forex traders.
So keep it with the default settings: SAR (step 0.02, max 0.2)

All Sar dots have values to it..say at the end of each trend is it accurate to say or assume that the turning point of the trend is the value of the last SAR dot before it changed position?and as the trend progresses it reaches a point that the trend is weakening..visually we see as a decreasing distance between price and the SAR dot..is this observation accurate?please advise and thank you for all the useful information!!!james
